30-day voluntary returns

For eligible unused goods, PressFit Hub offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an item so we can confirm the return address and process.

Items must be unused, complete and in resaleable condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.

This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Cancellation rights may not apply to made-to-measure, personalised, sealed hygiene-sensitive, or other legally excluded goods once the relevant conditions are met.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where relevant. Consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including remedies that may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
